What's Our Story

---

First, we want to provide services that our clients need in partnership allowing them to grow and prosper. When they are successful, we are successful and we hope they will outgrow a need for us in the future. We want their experience to be so amazing that they refer us to other practices. We charge a fair flat rate price for our services, allowing us to be profitable without gouging our clients.

We are 100% women-owned and operated. The financial industry is dominated by men which makes us unique in that respect. We find this to be a differentiating advantage that we lean into with our marketing, logo, and web design which are deliberately softer colors, a flower that is present in all our logos and images that allude to the fact that we are women. 

We are also a little quirky which is why all our sites have some version of women's heels in the background image. Our site images are mostly black and white with a little color to lean into our statement "Your business is more than black and white. Let  us help you put some COLOR on your financial past, present, and future  with "Forward-Looking" forecasts and projections."

Along the way several clients have requested that we branch out into other industries. Always trying to keep up with clients needs, three industry specific strategic partner companies include, Good Margins Dental Accounting,  Level 2 Medical accounting, and Happy Tails Veterinary Accounting. LeeAnne CFO is our non-health services business accounting along with separated tax services for our strategic partners.

We strive to build the type of company we always wish we had worked for where staff members are rewarded and feel their contributions are appreciated while being generously compensated to give staff the feeling of ownership.

Secondly, being women-owned, our staff is majorly women who perform accounting functions for our clients. We are passionate about providing well-paying opportunities for our staff that allow them to feel they are really a part of the company and invested in its growth and success.  

We hire based on personality, fit, and work ethic rather than experience.  We believe in training as needed to give women additional skills to allow them to be more financially independent. In 2016, Michelle was inspired by Allstate's purple purse campaign to help women who are financially abused. 

Many women are in situations that they are not able to change because they are not financially able to move on from unhealthy relationships. If we can help educate and empower women one at a time, then we are making a difference in the world. Both company founders are strong believers in fighting child abuse and abuse of women in all forms.
